amazing friendliness clean room great value added convenience
The staff's friendliness was amazing (they really go the extra mile!). My room was clean and well kept, a real plus. I appreciated the value for the money I spent. The on-site parking added great convenience.
The floorboards were a bit creaky, making quiet movement a challenge.

The bed was comfortable with clean linen, and the room's temperature was easily adjustable, which I really appreciated. A tram stop located just across from the hotel offered easy access. The refurbished room was a nice feature. I found it convenient to have transportation options nearby.

fantastic visit!
friendly staff spacious room live music good variety
The staff was friendly and helpful. They quickly provided towels when i reported a small leak near the window. my room was quite spacious and very clean. i loved the nightly entertainment, especially the live music. breakfast offered a good variety of choices..
i noticed a few places could use some minor cosmetic improvements, but nothing too serious.

faulty door thin curtains
I was initially happy with the location, it was convenient. however, the room i booked online looked nothing like the actual room. the bathroom reminded me of it hadn't been updated in decades and there were issues with noise. Loud music until midnight followed by noisy guests and early morning seagulls. sleep was impossible due to thin curtains and rock-hard beds, really ruining the stay.
